Handloom Cotton Cross Stitched Quilt Fable Time

We have designed and made a limited run of these quilts. There is no right wrong side of these quilts, you decide! One side is a rusty orange stripe, the other is a brown and green large check, and is finished at the edge with mini brown gingham. Hand stitched with vivid red stitching around the binding and red crosses to quilt the fabrics together. All of the fabrics used in this quilt are handloom cotton. Handloom cotton is made in rural communities in eastern India on a handloom with no electricity, it is a highly skilled art that is passed down through generations. Because of the handmade nature of this product, the cloth has subtle variations and texture that a mass produced fabric could never have. 

Outer 100% handloom cotton, inner 250GSM 100% cotton batting. Hand stitched with cotton.

A hand embroidered HOUSE patch is in the corner of the quilt. The patches are hand sewn on in each corner, so you can remove them easily if you so wish. Note the washing instructions for your quilt are tucked under the patch.
