Handloom Cotton Kantha Stitched Quilt Misty Green

We have designed and made a limited run of these quilts. There is no right or wrong side of these quilts, you decide! One side is a dark green check with orange, yellow and sky blue accents, and a brown mini gingham on the reverse, kantha stitched with a straw yellow thread. All of the fabrics used in this quilt are handloom cotton. Handloom cotton is made in rural communities in eastern India on a traditional handloom, it is a highly skilled art that is passed down through generations. Because of the handmade nature of this product, the cloth has subtle variations and texture that a mass produced fabric could never have. 

Outer 100% handloom cotton, inner 250GSM 100% cotton batting. Hand stitched with cotton.

A hand embroidered HOUSE patch is in the corner of the quilt. The patches are hand sewn on in each corner, so you can remove them easily if you so wish. Note the washing instructions for your quilt are tucked under the patch.
